phew, getting pretty close to the turn requirement there.. xD
so, the Mantis has 2 AOE HP Attacks there,
– Hit High Wind, this one is not dangerous
– Gluttony Sickle, guaranteed BRV+HP Attacks, inflicts [Parasite] debuff & dispel all buffs (including Framed)
Parasite Debuff: HP Poison, lowers the afflicted’s stats & increases the debuffer’s stats
stack I: no stats
stack II: ATK
stack III: ATK & DEF
stack IV: ATK & DEF & iBRV
stack V: ATK & DEF & iBRV & mBRV

– because of that, i know not to use Jack’s 2nd EX cause otherwise he would die to it (in case anyone is wondering why i didn’t EX) i guess it’s really a bad time to summon him there xD
– not sure about debuff potency, but given that i have limited healing & HP Regen, the HP poison alone is quite troublesome to deal with when they’re spamming AOE near the end… though thank god i managed to survive by turn-manipulation for buying extra time to heal up..
– the dispel is also very annoying, but thankfully Yuna’s valefor is tied to her special effect (but buffs/auras are gone sadly), Vanille’s can easily be recovered thanks to fast EX recast & Lightning’s well, part of the reason why i sparringly use abilities early on was in anticipation for this… glad to know they don’t spam it as often as i thought
