Just tried Noctis fresh from his rework with LD and all I can say is he is good, his plus version of skills are now free turns, his follow up attacks now has brv gain so it does more hp damage, his LD skill is the game changer, with it he can give the team including himself free turns for 2 turns and not only that, it makes him and his teammates turn move before their target’s turn which is a great utility for him
