Buff control is a must here! Either push them off the enemies with a debuffer like Tidus, Vincent, Fang, etc., or have a dispeller (Faris/Vanille with her 35cp) wipe them away, because these guys do ridiculous amounts of damage otherwise. Without their buffs? Lol not so much. Alternatively, run launch and kill them before they kill you.
